Cameron’s responsibilities include underwriting potential investment opportunities, assisting with debt & equity origination, and supporting active development projects.

Prior to joining CLX, Cameron received his MBA with concentrations in Real Estate Investments and Corporate Finance from UNC Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. While at Kenan-Flagler, Cameron interned at Welltower and served as a Fund Manager on the Wood Center’s KFBSF Real Estate Private Equity Funds. Before business school, Cameron was a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Capital Markets and Global Workplace Solutions groups and a Transaction Manager at Partners National Real Estate.

Cameron also holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of William & Mary.
