Ross joined the CLX team in November 2021 as a Senior Development Associate. He is responsible for underwriting potential investment opportunities, assisting with debt and equity origination, and supporting active development projects.

Prior to joining CLX, Ross was an Associate with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (now JLL Capital Markets), where he assisted in more than $4.5 billion of investment sales, debt placement, and joint venture equity transactions spanning the industrial, multifamily, office, retail, seniors housing, and hotel sectors.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
