Todd Finley has over 20 years of experience in design, construction, and real estate development. With excellence, he has executed over $1 Billion Dollars in land development projects inclusive of government, airport, transportation, office, retail, healthcare and industrial warehouse space.
Todd is responsible for meeting our customers’ needs through site selection, land acquisition, and project development. His broad experience and skill set equips him to lead strategic collaboration with key stakeholders, land due diligence, acquisition, financial analysis, coordination with governmental entities, and construction design. His core competency is developing multi-building business parks and associated infrastructure, which has earned him accolades such as Developer of the Year in D Magazine and the Dallas Business Journal.
Prior to joining CLX Ventures, Todd served as Vice President of Development at Hillwood Investment Properties, Development Manager at Trammell Crow Company, and Project Engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction.
Todd graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology. He has also undergone Leadership Training at West Point Military Academy and is LEED AP certified.
